Vendor Registration Policy

1. Eligibility
- Business Verification:
To register as a vendor on Parler, you must have a registered business and provide necessary documentation (e.g., business license or tax identification number). Verification of documentation is at Parler’s discretion. - Legal Compliance:
Vendors agree to comply with all local, state, federal, and international laws regarding e-commerce, product safety, and consumer protection. Non-compliance may lead to account suspension or legal action.
2. Account Setup
- Business Information:
Vendors must provide accurate details such as company name, address, contact information, and banking details for payment processing. Vendors must keep this information up to date. - Product Category Selection:
Vendors must select product categories that accurately represent their offerings. Parler reserves the right to review and approve category selections to maintain marketplace standards.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
- Accurate Product Information:
Vendors must ensure all product descriptions, prices, and availability details are accurate. Misleading information may result in product removal and potential penalties. - Order Fulfillment:
Vendors are required to process and ship orders promptly according to stated delivery times. Delayed shipments must be communicated to the customer and Parler within 24 hours. - Compliance with Policies:
Vendors must adhere to Parler’s Terms and Conditions and guidelines on prohibited items, returns, refunds, and dispute resolution procedures. - Communication with Customers:
Vendors must respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly, typically within 2 business days. Lack of responsiveness may result in account suspension.
4. Account Suspension and Termination
- Violations:
Parler reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of our policies, abusive behavior, or non-compliance with applicable laws. Decisions are at the sole discretion of Parler. - Notification:
Users will receive an email notification outlining the reasons for any account suspension. The user may appeal the suspension by contacting Parler Support within 5 business days. - Appeal Process:
Appeals will be reviewed promptly, and the final decision will be communicated to the user. Parler’s decision is final and binding.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
- Data Security:
Parler employs industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure payment gateways, to protect user information. All personal and business data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. - User Consent:
By registering, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You may request data access or deletion at any time.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
PARLER PROVIDES THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, AND SERVICES, ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE OPERATION OF THE PLATFORM OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE PLATFORM. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARLER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PARLER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Teton County, Wyoming.
