Create Store

Set Up Your Store

  1. Access Store Settings: Navigate to Store Settings > Store in your dashboard.
  2. Customize Your Store:
    • Banner and Profile Picture: Upload a banner (1920×420 pixels) and profile picture.
    • Store Description: Write a compelling bio to introduce your brand to customers.
  3. Set Store Hours:
    • Enable the Store Schedule option to set operating hours for each day.
    • Toggle specific days as Closed if your store does not operate on those days.
  4. Configure Store Closures:
    • Instantly Close: Temporarily close your store immediately.
    • Date-Wise Close: Schedule closures for vacations or special events.
  5. Enable Customer Support Options:
    • Enable Support Buttons in your store and on product pages.
    • Customize the Support Button Text (e.g., “Get Support”).
