You are responsible for creating a strong password and keeping your login credentials confidential. Sharing credentials is strictly prohibited. Notify Parler immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or use. - Account Activity:
You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. Parler is not liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized use of your account.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Accuracy of Information:
Keep your contact, shipping, and payment information up to date at all times. Providing incorrect information may lead to order issues or delays. - Respectful Conduct:
Interactions on the platform must be respectful. Offensive language, harassment, and abusive behavior are strictly prohibited. - Prohibited Activities:
Creating multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes, manipulating reviews, or engaging in deceptive activities may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
4. Account Suspension and Termination
- Violations:
Parler reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of our policies, abusive behavior, or non-compliance with applicable laws. Decisions are at the sole discretion of Parler. - Notification:
Users will receive an email notification outlining the reasons for any account suspension. The user may appeal the suspension by contacting Parler Support within 5 business days. - Appeal Process:
Appeals will be reviewed promptly, and the final decision will be communicated to the user. Parler’s decision is final and binding.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Teton County, Wyoming.
